The Allegations Against PUSD & DTSC’s Mass Tree Removal

🌳 Illegal Use of "Emergency" Exemptions (CEQA Violations) PUSD is using a narrow "emergency soil cleanup" exemption (meant for fire recovery) as a loophole to cut down 193 mature trees without the required environmental impact reviews or arborist reports.
